Sesame Spot

Head, body and fins are light brown, with dense dark brown spots, and the spots on the head are smaller than those on the operculum. The bars of the breast mackerel have small black spots and the end of the tail fin has a sharp white edge. The larval fish grows faster than the green spot, but when it reaches 5-6 inches, the growth will produce a stagnation period, and then the growth rate will increase again. Therefore, it is stored to 1kg, which is slower than the green spot, but when it weighs 2kg, the growth is the same as the green spot.

East Star Spot

There are more than four kinds of East Star spots, which are the same type but different in color and spot. Early taxonomists believed that it was the result of natural discoloration under different environmental conditions. Now it is determined to be a different subspecies, but the scientific name has not been renamed. Therefore, East Star spots are a special example at present. The redder the trade name is, the higher the price is, not only the pleasing color but also the delicious meat.

Precious rock perch

It is a new variety of fine breeding developed in Australia in recent years. It is a well-known freshwater edible fish in Australia. It has the advantages of fast growth, omnivorous eating, low oxygen resistance, strong environmental adaptability, strong disease resistance, etc. Its disadvantages are poor cold resistance, beautiful appearance, scattered black irregular oval patches on the body side, such as beautiful gems, thus winning the reputation of precious rock bass.

Mala Guanli Body Fish

It is a wide-temperature freshwater fish, an omnivorous fish, commonly known as "grouper". In fact, it has no blood relationship with the native seawater grouper. It is purely a commodity hype. It belongs to the freshwater cichlid family with Wu Guo fish, but it is named after the sea grouper and pearl spots on the scales.

Taixing Spot

This species belongs to one of the leopard pavilion, because early imported from Thailand, so the trade name in Hong Kong is "Thai Star", which means that this is a star spot produced in Thailand. Although the body shape is similar to the East Star Spot, the spots on the body are larger than the East Star Spot, and there are even long spots near the head cover, which are easily distinguished from the East Star Spot.

Seven Star Spot

The seven star spot is a high-grade grouper in the Ryukyu Islands. In Hong Kong, it is also a high-grade fish species second only to rat spot and Sumei. Hong Kong calls this type of stone spot for star spot, while this product is called East Star spot, which means the star spot produced in the waters of Dongsha Islands. Although the initial growth of fish fry is slightly slow, it has market value. The seedlings are currently exported to Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Vietnam.
